Access by car into a secure under cover parking via remote. On foot via the Hotel lobby with access from 2 main roads. Uber can take you to the doorstep and the bus service is 1 min away.
Security personnel are always present for that extra peace of mind. The Hotel Lobby is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
On My City bus route and 2 minutes walk from the railway station.
Included is The use of an exclusive Gym. We supply you with access cards.
We leave a few essentials/gift pack on your arrival so at least you can relax with the first cup of coffee or tea.
We will meet you on your arrival and explain everything and make sure you are completely happy and we are just on the other side of the phone should you require any further information.
In the case of a late check-in & we are not able to be there to welcome you ourselves, the keys are with reception and your code will be given you on the day of your arrival. We remain on our cell phones and are contactable into the evening until you arrive.
Interaction with guests
We are available on short notice and are just on the other side of a telephone call should you need any advice or help.
We speak English, Afrikaans, German & Swiss dialect fluently. With everyone else we do our best. Sign language goes a long way.
My cell numbers are on the house manual for easy contact via call, sms or What'sApp.
If you are arriving late the keys are available at reception and when you leave you could also conveniently just do the same so we don't need to bother you at all.
We are just a call away should you want us to pop by at any time & we are most happy to assist with any queries on Cape Town.
Other things to note
We only listed on the 26th October 2016 for the very first time. So far our general experience has been a truly good one with the exception of 2 unreasonable guests.
We know how we would like to be treated and so do make sure that all the creature comforts we expect are available to you at a rate that is way below the norm.
Kindly note that we also book out our apartments on a longer term and through other avenues so it generally can be booked up rather quickly. The calendars are updated every 24-48 hours.

Be considerate to the neighbors and please do not smoke inside the apartment as the smoke detectors will set off the water.
