Willow View is a beautifully presented streamside retreat in Newton Aycliffe. Ideally located for Kynren, Durham City, Beamish Museum, and countryside walks, it offers a peaceful yet well-connected base for couples, families, and small group stays.

The home features three comfortable and flexible bedrooms:

Master bedroom with super king bed, tranquil stream views, and a reading nook
Second super king bedroom overlooking the private patio, with workspace and twin option
Third single bedroom with peaceful stream views

All bedrooms include quality bedding, soft towels, robes, slippers, and bedside USB charging.

The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and thoughtful essentials so you can travel light and arrive comfortably.

An open-plan lounge and dining area creates a relaxed social space, flowing directly onto a private patio. Outside, you’ll find seating, deckchairs, and outdoor games—ideal for slow mornings, alfresco meals, and relaxed evenings.

The kitchen is prepared for your arrival with a welcome hamper and drinks station including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, marshmallows, biscuits, fresh milk, and bread.

Just a short walk away, enjoy lakeside paths with swans, ducks, and geese. Duck food is provided for a simple and memorable experience.
