I never got to meet Candy, but the stay was good. This should be better labeled as a hotel. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the free breakfast the next morning, but one thing I will stress is that this is in a very loud area. It was tough to get rest with the DJ down the street blasting his music and the walls seem to be paper thin. Despite it all, thanks for having my friend and I.

The Flowers House was a great place to stay! All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful. They even helped us print our Machu Picchu tickets and order lunches for the next day. The shower was hot and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the train station in Aguas very late and had no wifi. This place was so close to the station that we were able to locate it without any problem at all. It was perfectly located, a short walk to the Machu Picchu bus stop and the markets. The room itself was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast started so early that we were able to eat and climb to the top by sunrise. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the Flower House to anyone staying in Aguas!

The room in the hotel was great. Located right by the market and train station. We were able to leave our bags while hiking and then pick them up later in the evening before catching our train to Cusco.

I had a great time and enjoyed my 5 day stay, but you should know it's a hotel named Flower's House. I'm not sure why they just don't come out and say that because I thought it was a great place to stay. They do a great job maintaining the hotel, it's very clean, and everyone is very nice. I would give the wifi about an 80%, but maybe that's typical for everywhere in that area. It's right above the train station, but everyone is close to the train in Aguas Calientes.

Great room: comfortable bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Great bathroom: rainfall showerhead, nice towels, shampoo/ conditioner/soap provided. Great breakfast: coffee, hot milk, juices, yogurt, eggs, cheeses, sliced meats, bread, jam, honey. Only drawback: directly beside train station, so during the day, the train was there, running, all day. It was mostly quiet at night, during sleeping hours. Simply bring an eye mask and earplugs to ensure the best night's sleep. I recommend this place. The price was right and the stay was pleasant!
