James' group stay was across spring break where our attentive housekeeping staff and ownership actually either promptly directly responded or guided staff to each of James' email requests, they were advised of the location of trash bags, any small area light bulbs were already addressed by staff, the large 60" flat screen in the main lounge has a robust sound system built in, and linens etc are always freshly serviced by our laundry suppliers, having also been cyclically changed on a regular basis. Our steam area and steam shower is factually on site, at the end of a main hallway, James was advised of such, and had no further commentary, so we are confused with your indication of not having one. Wifi was fully functional, yet the internet high speed third party service provider addressed temporary regional slow down, this can happen anywhere, even in the mountains, and the provider had addressed the modem etc remotely upon our rapid response, in fact. Lockbox has very simple buttons on it for simplistic use that all other guests seem to currently, and historically, been fine with. We understand temporary internet frustration, but its no reason to exaggerate negatively for no reason, when your groups' overall Whistler experience was admittedly very favourable and enjoyable.
