Our home is close to the train station and the heart of Ledbury, here in beautiful Herefordshire. The house is warm and welcoming, but certainly spacious. The bathroom is shared, and guests also have the living room at their disposal. Parking either outside or very close by is always possible.
A stay here would suit solo travellers, couples and people in the area on business.
The house is situated in a Victorian Terrace, so I ask that guests respect our neighbours.
The interior is vibrant, with bold colours and original artwork in every room.
The location is peaceful, being at the end of a cul de sac, with the old line bank footpath at the end of the garden.
The bed is new and, I'm told, very comfy... maybe I should try it out one day!
Guests can use the living room, kitchen and garden.
If they want to use the fridge that's possible, but could they request to do so in advance.
Interaction with guests
On arrival I offer guests a drink and have a chat with them. Then at breakfast I have a chat then leave them to it.
I'm naturally sociable, so if anyone wants to ask questions there more than welcome to pick my brain.
Other things to note
I'm pretty flexible. If you have any questions or requests just get in touch.
- We ask that guests are respectful of us and our neighbours. If guests feel they would like to use the kitchen, they can by arrangement.
- My name is Kate, and I share the house with my father, Steve, although for most of the week he is away on business. We are a friendly and outgoing pair, who look forward to meeting new people and welcoming them into our home.
