Want to wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread and croissant? Our quiet, comfortable guest room is an authentic taste of Brooklyn life. Situated on a third floor walk up in a modern and spacious flat, our guest room overlooks the cafè patio and has great views of the neighborhood.
We are a tranquil space in the city that never sleeps. With only two units in our building, you won't hear neighbors running up & down the stairs, nor footsteps overhead.
Our guest room comfortably fits two people and the common area is spacious. Please note, we require two days' notice to book.

We are a short walk from the area in Bushwick known for street art, drinking & dining and an easy commute to Williamsburg & Manhattan.
JFK is about 20 mins via car / 45 mins via train.
The cafè downstairs serves coffee, tea, beer and wine along with small batch pastries, bread, tartines, cakes, quiche, and on Sundays...pizza!
We have a laid back lifestyle, spending most evenings at home with our doggo.
Having lived in the neighborhood for several years, we have seen the neighborhood's thriving bar and restaurant scene grow. We are happy to offer suggestions.

Laundry is available upon request and we ask that you donate $5 per load.

Interaction with guests
We enjoy meeting new people. We're happy to interact and offer suggestions, but most of all we will give our guests the respect of privacy.

We live in an eco conscious home and ask you to be mindful of water & electricity usage.
NYC recycles glass + aluminum + plastic together and paper separately. All recycling must be clean, sorted and deposited in the appropriate bins.
