House of Luli is an elegant and comfortable villa with private access on the most beautiful beach in Sicily, Lido Fiori in Menfi, awarded the Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the sea. The villa is only 10 meters from the beach and nestled in a pine forest and a large garden. The space
Casa dei Luli is an elegant, romantic and comfortable villa just 10 metres from the most beautiful beach in Sicily, Lido Fiori in Menfi, awarded the prestigious international Blue Flag every year for the transparency of the sea and recommended by the Italian Paediatric Society for the cleanliness and wholesomeness of the sand, ideal for children.
The villa is surrounded by a thick vegetation of Mediterranean plants and a large pine forest that offers shady areas in which to relax and enjoy moments of pure happiness. In the garden there is a gazebo furnished with armchairs and a table, sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa's covered terrace overlooks the garden and is furnished with sofas and a table and chairs for unforgettable, romantic al fresco dinners.
The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a warm and cosy living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a large double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are the second double bedroom with air conditioning, the third bedroom with a French double bed (without air conditioning), and the toilet.
On the private driveway leading to the sea there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Guests can use the beach umbrella and deck chairs.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
