- 3 bedrooms with capacity for 2 people each (bed of 150 cm , 2 beds of 90 cm in each room). Additionally, it has a travel crib and other baby utensils.
- 2 full bathrooms (bathtubs), one of them en suite.
- Terraces and solarium.

Floor Difana or Under deck:
- Open-plan room (penthouse) of approx. 70m2 with a minimum height of 1.50 m2 (walkable regardless of the height in 95% area).
Available 2 sofa beds for 2 people (2m x 180) , 1 sofa bed (bed: 130x190) and another very spacious and comfortable sofa (1 person). Projector and movie screen

With great diversion also for the little ones: soccer goal, balls, tricycles, car , motorcycle, bicycle, musical games, baby game blanket,…..). They will also be able to enjoy the pool without danger (fenced). It's a private pool.
The pool (8x4 meters) will be available according to season. (in principle: 15/16 June-10 September). Other needs, check.

There are 2 playgrounds at a short distance from the house. Tennis and Futbito court close to the area.
At Christmas, the common areas will be decorated.
