The space

The Coach House, Abersoch is a unique, detached property, set back just off Abersoch high street, conveniently a short walk to Abersoch’s main beach. Completely refurbished in 2017, The Coach House has been tastefully modernized throughout to create an open plan living space with beautiful homely features and artwork. Multiple French doors at the front welcome you into a large dining and living area with a sleek, inset wood burning stove, a well-equipped, modern kitchen with dual ovens and a dining table big enough for a banquet. LOUNGE AREA An inviting space which features an inset wood burning stove and log storage space below. Wall mounted Curved Smart TV with Sky basic package, DVD player. A comfortable seating arrangement with two custom made sofas, large rug, coffee table, round table and chairs. Built in shelves under the stairs with DVD’s and books. Dual French doors lead out to an under-canopy decking area and front lawn. Quirky variable level shelving separates the dining area and lounge area with cupboard space below. Plenty of natural light and vibrant artwork makes the living area a pleasant place to be.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA A bright and practical kitchen with white granite worktops, integrated dishwasher, stainless steel sink with pull out spray tap, Smeg American fridge freezer. Tiled from the worktop to ceiling, creating a great sense of space. Wall mounted units with LED up lights and strip LED down lights. Dual fan assisted ovens, ceramic hob with stainless steel extractor above. Solid slate wine holder, island with units below, matching white granite worktops, bar stools and glass pendant lights above.
