Vintage charm meets modern elegance in this stylish 2-bedroom Sea Point home just 5 mins walk to the beach. This amazing location is a quiet sanctuary within the vibrant Sea Point neighbourhood. Enjoy loads of light, high ceilings, original wooden floors and a lush, colourful garden. This comfortable creative space has tasteful, high quality finishes and is a quiet, yet centrally located home to base yourself from on the Atlantic Seaboard.

The space
Our space is perfect for two couples or a small family wanting to explore the city. It is amazingly located close to great restaurants, shopping centres, coffeeshops and the iconic Sea Point promenade, and only a 5 minute drive to the world famous white sand beaches of Clifton and Camps bay. This creative haven promises an unforgettable stay in one of the city's most sought-after hoods.

The Bedrooms.
The home features a spacious main bedroom with King-sized bed, loads of built in cupboards, a large sash window and high quality linen.

The slightly smaller second bedroom features a double bed, dedicated workspace and leads into a wooden decked terrace through double French doors. A lovely addition for outside/inside summer living.

Garden and back courtyard areas.
A small and lush front garden provides the perfect place for sprawling on the grass for a nap or enjoying an evening drink under the shade of the frangipani tree.
Our back courtyard is a private and secure outdoor area thats perfect for dinners or a pausing for a quick morning coffee.

Bathroom.
Our unique bathroom has a large shower area with access to the back deck. There is also a freestanding bath and storage area for toiletries and linens.

Kitchen:
The large open-plan kitchen is great for people who love to cook and be a part of the action. Well appointed with Smeg oven, gas hob and a concealed fridge and plenty of counter space. A dishwasher and washer/dryer are elegantly concealed in the space behind cabinets.

Security system on premises with 24 hour response team.

This is a freestanding home and guests have full access to all areas.

Jasper the friendly cat lives next door and visits quite regularly. 🐈‍⬛
