Very bright and airy, small apartment on the beach of the marina, which can be accessed just 30 meters from the front door. It is located on the first floor and is furnished with every comfort. From the balcony on the sea you can watch breathtaking sunsets, perhaps dining, and admire Cefalù from above, enjoying the sea breeze. Upon arrival, I kindly ask you to take a look at the house rules near the front door. The house is in the historic center and we have small rules to follow for recycling and air conditioning. It is essential not to leave garbage in the house at checkout. In Cefalù the garbage must be differentiated and taken out of the house in the morning for collection according to the methods and calendar exposed in the kitchen, or it can be taken to the ecological island at the beginning of the promenade at the indicated times.
Any fines for non-differentiation of waste will be charged to guests. For the accumulations of garbage left in the house, €20 will be requested from the guests for proper disposal at the ecological island through a person in charge.
