The neighbourhood

The flat is located in Pimlico, very close to Victoria hub, surrounded by Belgravia, Westminster and the River Thames. It is located in a beautiful residential area and is very convenient to enjoy Central London. The neighbourhood has a lot of nice restaurants, gastro pubs, boutiques and cafés.
Proximity to major sites such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Tate Britain, Big Ben!

Getting around

The apartment is ideally located close to many amenities. The nearest underground stations are Sloane Square (Circle and District lines) (7 minutes walk), or Victoria Station also close by (National Rail and Victoria Line also Gatwick Express train direct to Gatwick Airport,) (8 minutes walk).

Other things to note

CONGESTION CHARGE: The apartment is located outside the central London congestion charge zone so no congestion charge needs to be paid by visitors parking outside the property.

Access is available to a convenient, secure, off-street public underground car park with 24 hour entry/exit, monitored by CCTV, underneath the immediately adjoining block within the same housing development where this Airbnb property is located.
This car park is operated by an independent third-party company Q-park Pimlico and guests will need to pay their own car parking costs to use this car park via credit card direct to the car park operator at the barrier on exit.

Parking restrictions are in force between 08.30am and 6.30pm Monday-Friday on the streets surrounding the apartment.
During these hours customers can pay by mobile phone to park in marked visitor bays at the side of the streets.
There are no parking restrictions in place outside these hours (ie between 6.30pm and 8.30am Monday - Friday).

This means visitors can therefore usually park for FREE on the street on single yellow lines at any time over the weekend, and also at nights between 6.30pm and 08.30 on weekdays.

I stayed here with my brother and sister in law for a bank holiday weekend. The apartment is just as advertised, we loved it. The location was perfect and even closer to the attractions than I thought. It only took us 20mins walking to reach Tate Britain Very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfy too with quality bedding. Really quiet residential location, we felt comfortable and relaxed here. The pub on the corner is really friendly and does great burgers :) We would stay here again for sure and Highly recommend!

Good location, but can be a bit noisy or active at times. The flat itself is nice, but not as private as I would have preferred so please keep that in mind if that is important to you and you're considering staying here. Beds were very comfortable and the tub/shower was great!

Wifi is pretty good, i can even play the League of Legends lol. But the water boiler isn't working. Overall it's pretty good and perfect.

The place was great suitable for 4, with a bus stop directly across the street and victoria station 10 min walk away. The communication with the host was excellent, they would reply instantly to any question or inquiry. The apartment was clean and cozy, in a quiet neighborhood.
