Our home is under 10 mins walk from Llandudno sea front and there are numerous walks in the area including exploring the Great Orme straight from the front door. The Ski Slope, Cable car & Pitch & Putt are all within 5 mins. For tired legs (it is hilly) the Tram runs past the house (Apr to Oct) and there is a bus stop 100 yards away. We fell in love with it for the view which took our breath away. Purchased in June 2016 the summer renovation project was hard work but we hope you enjoy the result

Thanks Roger, we had a wonderful holiday. The home furniture, facilities, view and location were much better than what we expected. It was luxury. Me and my wife celebrated our 12 anniversary with our children in this home and couldn't be better anywhere else in the world. Wish you all the best and success.

Fab location almost at the top of the Great Orm overlooking the bay. Really well stocked beautiful view and front terrace. Loved it! Not good if you are bad on your legs being so high up! Best view in town!

This is a comfortable, well decorated and furnished cottage. It has stupendous views across Llandudno to the sea and hills beyond. The walk up to the property is a challenge with the steep hill. There is plenty of parking nearby and a taxi should be around £2-80 from town. You can watch the trams go past and the wild goats on the hillside. Brilliant place to stay.

The property was excellent for our 4 night stay, being in a great location with outstanding views from the property of Llandudno bay. The property provided all necessary amenities and was furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The bottle of prosecco waiting on arrival was a very nice touch. Sitting out of the front of the property, watching the trams go up and down the Great Orme was a daily routine as did walking down into Llandudno to enjoy the town. Any queries we had leading up to the holiday were answered promptly by Roger and I'd like to thank him for such a lovely property. We would certainly look at staying there again another year.

This is a stone built quarryman's terraced cottage near the top of a very steep hill. The cottage rooms are huge. The bathroom is so big there is an echo. Everything spotlessly clean and modernised throughout. The TV had 3 remotes! Llandudno is a lovely Victorian seaside town and only a short but steep walk away. If you go up the hill you can walk around the Great Orme, a limestone hill with commanding views. A great place for a holiday if you like walking and want to get fit. The hill must be a challenge for cyclists.
