HIGH VALUE FOR MONEY resort stay. Why pay for hotel room? This big resort studio suite is just 3km to the Langkawi Airport, 8km to Cenang Beach. All the places of attraction in Langkawi are easily accessible from my place. Taxi, car and motorbike rental is nearby. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility, view, coziness, sunset, comfy bed, kitchenette, dinnerware, mineral water, tea and coffee. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
You get to stay in a big, resort studio suite apartment complete with a kitchenette and use the resort's common facilities like lounge, beach, swimming pool with sun terrace and free parking at the price of EQUITABLE SINGLE HOTEL ROOM. The place was part of a 4-star resort. I have a dedicated wifi set internet line for this room while other operators let you share 1 lines for 10 to 20 rooms.
Guest can use the entire suite apartment and the resort's common facilities like swimming pool, parking, lounge and beach.
Guest who wants to cook can request for basic cooking utensils like caserrole bowl, sauce-pan, frying pan, knifes, fork, spoons, plates, mugs and saucers. But no pork, lard and items of same source is allowed as those utensils could be used by muslims also.
Interaction with guests
My self and my staff are always available via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or call if guest need help, information or recommendations.
1- Please provide detail or ask for permission before doing anything you are unsure whether allowed or not in or outside the apartment.
2- Please mind your children and yourselves for safety.
3- All guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. The host and his staff are not to be held responsible for any accident, losses or damage that happens on or in the premises however caused.
4- In case of unavoidable circumstances that leads to sudden unavailability such as unplanned repair needed, we will provide you with another unit of similar or better type or we return the net amount of money we would receive from AirBnB.
5- Guests have to pay for damages incurred to any equipments, furnishings or any part of the apartment and resort caused by negligence or misconduct or unrully behaviour of the guests or their visitors. Seek permission before doing anything not stated in the listings or that the guests are unsure whether it is allowed or not.
6- Be respectful of other people around you and their cultures and religious belief.
7- The swimming pool does not have lifeguards. Please mind your children and yourselves for safety.
8- Parties are NOT allowed so as not to inconvenience the host, other guests or dwellers. Please ask for permission before doing anything that involves crowd or noise.
9- 4-star quality linens and towels are provided in the suite free of charge for up to 4 paxs only. Daily change of extra bed linen and towels are chargeable at USD3 (MYR10) per piece.
10- All guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. The host and his staff are not to be held responsible for any accident, losses or damage that happens on or in the premises however caused.
11- Whatever is not allowed by the resort management staff is also not allowed by the host and his staff. The host has the right to cancel the guest's stay immediately if there is conflix.
12- Please be aware that if this unit's availability or condition is not up to your satisfaction or a sudden repair is needed, I will try to replace it with another apartment unit in the same resort location and adjust the rates accordingly or return your room rate money. Please do not conceal your unsatisfaction from me and then write a nasty back-stabbing review on me later. I have experienced that once recently. Please also be aware that you are not booking a 6-star diamond resort hotel here. The complex was a 4-star resort before and I still try to maintain my suite to that level. Please be frank, honestly friendly and transparent when dealing with me. Let me know of any unsatisfaction when you check in on the first day. Please be my customer, guest and above all be my friend. :)
13. Potential guests must show their own clear face profile photos identifying how they really look like when they make the bookings. If upon meeting in person it is discovered that the profile photos shown previously when making the booking were not really representing the personality or identifying the guests, the host can cancel the booking immediately with no refund to be given...
14. The guest must give the host or his representatives a copy or a photo of their government issued identity card or passport taken with mobilephone camera for the host records purposes.
15. The guest who did the booking is to be held responsible for any losses, damages incurred and undesireable behaviour of members of his or her group...
16. To avoid slander, cheating and fraud, any report or claim of unsatisfactory condition and claim for compensation by the guest to Airbnb must be accompanied by clear, verifiable photos and evidence. We want to deal with good honest people only...
