We stayed three nights as a base for exploring the SE. Perfect relaxing getaway for our family. House had all features we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the country location with cows and sheep nearby. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property. Extremely clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, and lovely linens and beds. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Our children love watching the sheeps and cows. We just loved sitting by the fire and spent quality time without electronics. There's no wifi, but that does not bother us. Susan does provide toiletries and breakfast ingredients (so thoughtful). The closest shop is around 30 mins away, so probably a good idea to gather your supplies before arriving.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. I am so glad your children enjoyed their time here. I loved their little thank you notes which I will keep and show my grandchildren.

We stayed at this beautiful warm, cosy, quiet rural stay for 3 nights. As well as an interesting setting on a sheep farm it is central for exploring the south eastern corner of South Australia. I highly recommend this stay, a great host, a beautiful setting and well equipped house.

The house is amazing, spotlessly clean, convenient and has pastoral view from the living room. The wood heater makes the house even cosier. Susan, the owner of the house, heat the heater before our arrival, so the house was warm and welcoming. Easy access to My. Gambier, Coonawarra region, Mayura testing room and Port MacDonnell. Hope to return one day!

The photos posted doesn't do the accommodation justice. The place was cosy and clean and we wished we stayed more than one night so we could enjoy the stay and the view of the farm. As we arrived pretty late, Susan was thoughtful to leave some of the lights on and the fire ready for warmth. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
