It was a well furnished small house in a great location in relation to Seattle, the lake, and Downtown Kirkland. You can very easily walk to either the lake or downtown which was a total plus! While the kitchen was well stocked with a blender, a toaster, pans for baking, and more, some of the equipment was dull (all the knives) or not in the best shape. The variety of pots and pans in the kitchen was also nice. The place also has a slightly worn feel, with paint chipping in places. The wifi was spotty at best. We couldn't rely on it being there, which was a big downside considering we were there for 3 months. The washer and dryer were fine, and it was nice that there was detergent provided. Overall, it was a decent place to stay. Highly recommend if you want a short stay close to the action, but there were a few things that could be definitely improved for life inside the home.
