If you like the old houses and the atypical atmospheres, our house will be for you an excellent base camp, both to discover the wonders that La Seyne-sur-Mer reserve for you, the Toulon harbor, the Golden Islands, but also the entire coast from Marseille to Nice or the Var hinterland, the Verdon, the Luberon and many other things. A base camp also for the many activities, sport & nature, cultural and festive that this area offers.

Baker, hairdressers , florist, shoemaker, pizza and burgers, small Casino market at the end of the street. Numerous small restaurants all around.

The port is 5 minutes walk with sea shuttles to Toulon every 20 minutes. Beaches drive 10 min away or 15-minute bus ride.

The typical Provencal market with local producers is a 5 minute walk. You will find all the seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh pasta merchants, Italian grocery store, butcher, cheese maker, fishmongers (with local fishing) , flower, honey and soaps. Open every day except Mondays.

SIte Natura 2000/Massif forestier du Cap Sicié accessible 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike for beautiful forest walks by mountain bike or horseback riding.

Marseille and Aix-en-Provence are a 45-minute drive away. Cannes, Antibes and Nice at 1.5 HOURS.
Gare de la Seyne sur mer is a 10-minute drive (Regional Express Train access to Marseille or Nice) and Toulon TGV station is a 20-minute drive.
Gorges du Verdon, Camargue Regional Natural Park, and Luberon, Nice and St Tropez 1H30 drive away.

Boat/shuttle departure to the Port Cros National Park and Porquerolles Islands in summer from St Mandrier (take the BUS to get there, you will avoid the awful traffic jams of the Tour Fondue in Hyères).
Aix en Provence, Sainte Victoire massif, Massif de la Sainte Baume, Parc national des Calanques 1 hour away.
