The Casita is professionally cleaned and refreshed before every arrival, ensuring a spotless welcome. You'll find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay: paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, these items are not replenished, but mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for $100 per visit.
We prioritize your rest and relaxation with freshly laundered linens and plush bedding. To create a lightly fragrant, welcoming environment, we use bespoke scenting and Bath & Body Works plug-ins. If you have any fragrance sensitivities, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate.
Reliable high-speed WiFi is available throughout the Casita, perfect for streaming, working remotely, or planning your next Miami adventure.
Please note, we do not provide beach gear such as chairs or umbrellas, but nearby Target and Walgreens carry everything you’ll need for a day by the ocean.
The local soundtrack adds to the charm—birds singing, children playing, and the occasional plane overhead offer a taste of neighborhood life. Though the Casita sits on the same property as the historic main home, it’s entirely private. Our sweet dog next door may peek over the fence to say hello—she’s a sunshine lover with a soft spot for belly rubs and fallen avocados.
