The collection and returning of the keys will be in the offices of Corredor Mató.

On the moment of the check-in we need the passport of all the older 14 years.
The tenants will need to pay a tourist tax of 0,45 € per person, per night for a maximum stay of seven nights. Minors up to the age of 16 will not be charged.
On the day of arrival the tenant must provide Corredor Mató with a valid credit card number against which any possible damages incurred during the rental of the property may be charged.
If the tenant is unable to arrive at the offices on either the date or time specified, Corredor Mató must be given prior notification in order to make alternative arrangements. It will be necessary that the tenant provide Corredor Mató the passports of all the people older 14 years, a valid credit card number against which any possible damages incurred during the rental of the property may be charged.
Failure to provide these documents will mean the impossibility to access to the rented property and the customer will lose all rights to claim any form of compensation.
Domestic animals will only permitted with prior permission from Corredor Mató.
If a tenant has not informed Corredor Mató that they have an animal with them, the tenant will be liable for any possible damage to the property and any such costs will be charged directly to the credit card left as security in the offices of Corredor Mató.
The tenant agrees in signing the contract that the property will be left in the same condition as it was on arrival. Any imperfection noted on arrival at the property must be immediately communicated to Corredor Mató.
Any tenant seen to be misusing the property in any way, may be asked to vacate the property with no legal right to be re-housed elsewhere, and any costs for damages will be charged directly to the credit card left as security.
All tenants must respect the maximum capacity designated to each property by Corredor Mató. Should any tenant be found to have exceeded the capacity stipulated, the reservation may be cancelled and the tenants may be asked to vacate the property with no rights to claim alternative housing or financial compensation.
Tenants are strictly forbidden from tampering with any garden or pool equipment.
With regards to use of swimming pools, we ask that minors are supervised by an adult at all times. The tenant has no right claim against Corredor Mató or the owner of the property in relation to misuse of the pool.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a stunning view of the sea. Right on the promenade in Tamariu. Exactly as described. We had a lovely stay in early May.

Un appartement conforme à sa description avec une belle vue sur la mer. Ce ne sont pas des particuliers mais une agence qui loue. Le bémol : une location lambda sans grand charme et une terrible odeur d humidité dans les chambres. Peut être que les suivants auront plus de chance !!!

L’objectif de notre agence est de vous donner le meilleur service. En ce qui concerne les odeurs d’humidité, si vous nous auriez averti, nous aurions résolu le problème afin que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Nous sommes aussi au regret de savoir que l’emplacement de l’appartement vous a déçu. Nous considérons qu’un appartement en première ligne d’une des plus jolies plages de la Costa Brava avec vue directe à la baie de Tamariu est le meilleur que vous puissiez demandé dans le village choisi. Die Ferienwohnung Macrina 2 zu buchen war eine grandiose Entscheidung! Auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt liegen drei wunderschöne Schlafzimmer, von jedem Zimmer aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick, größtenteils direkt auf die kleine malerische Bucht. Eine Dachterrasse bietet den perfekten Platz für ein entspanntes Frühstück oder ein Getränk am Abend, die Balkone einen schönen Überblick auf den Strand, da das Haus in erster Reihe steht. An Küchenutensilien blieb nichts zu wünschen übrig, alleine die Spülmaschine hat leider ihre Arbeit nicht zuverlässig erledigt. Der Kontakt mit Corredor Mato war durchweg professionell und ging problemlos vonstatten. Ich würde dieses Apartement sofort wieder buchen, wenn erneut einige Tage Urlaub an der Costa Brava anstehen!
