Set only a stone’s throw from Emsworth mill pond, Tides Way is a beautiful Victorian cottage suitable for a small group of adults or family of four.
The main living area looks out across the water and is comfortably furnished with wood burner and a good sized television to cosy down on cool summer or winter evening. The open plan kitchen / dining area is an excellent size for entertaining. With gas fire at the foot of the dining table it’s the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine, play games or eat dinner after a long day of exploring.
The well equipped kitchen includes, kettle, cafetiere, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine. You will have everything you need to cook up a feast while not out at one of the many local independent restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby.
At the opposite end of the kitchen are large patio doors leading out to Tide Way's quirky courtyard garden. Here you will find a table and chairs with enough room for all of the family.
On the ground floor you will find the family shower room and on the first floor are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom looks out across the millpond and the second bedroom overlooks the garden. The second bedroom can made up as a double or twin room but please let us know in advance of your arrival at the cottage.
