The flat is located at the 5th and last floor of a Liberty building, lift provided. Panorama on hills and Alps, balcony with plants, table and chairs toward the hills.
The apartment is comfortable for any kind of user. It's not inhabitated therefore privacy is guaranteed. Gaia takes care of both flat and plants.

Other things to note

Rules of the flat
- Check-in within 22:00. It may be flexible but it has to be previously arranged with Gaia. Check-out is at 12:00 (12 p.m.) but luggage may be let in the flat until the arranged hour
- In some hours, Gaia waters the plants. These hours may be agreed together to bother the less possible.
-Children are welcome but they have to be well monitored because of the presence of many plants with thorns, like cactuses, and many furniture with sharp and edgy corners
- It is allowed to smoke only outside on the balcony
- It is allowed to dry the laundry only outside, on the apposite hooks on the balcony (even in Winter, laundry dries within a day, if no rain phenomena occur). It is not allowed to dry laundry inside the flat.
- It is not allowed to eat in the bedrooms
- It is not allowed the use of the pianoforte without previous agreement with Gaia, also about the hours in which it may be played
- It is not allowed to move furniture
- In case of loss of the pair of keys delivered at the arrival, 40 euro per lost pair of keys will be asked as reimbursement (since the bedroom door keys cannot be copied and the door lock must be replaced)
- Copy of all the guests’ ID documents will be requested to be inserted and registered in the "alloggiatiweb" which is the website of the “Questura di Torino” (Central Police Station of Turin). This is a binding procedure in Turin.

Eventually, some rules of good sense must take place in the flat:
-Respect of possible other guests in the flat and of the neighbours is categorical imperative
-The flat is eco-friendly: heating systems must be shut down while the windows are opened
-If other guests are hosted in the flat: the kitchen must be let clean and put in order and the organic waste must be thrown out each day (in the proper container in front of the building)
-There are several waste containers to ease recycling and the garbage must be thrown before eventually living the flat, in the proper containers in front of the building

Nice and comfortable flat with everything you need for a short or long stay. There are even a piano and a guitar for musical guests! Gaia was a very nice and friendly host who was always available to help and took good care of the place. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the station in a district with lots of bars and restaurants, near Parco Valentino and within walking distance of the centre. Great value for money, especially since I was offered a bigger room and had the flat to myself for a couple of days as there were no other guests. It faces a main road, but I didn't have many problems with noise.

The flat is as good as described. It's spacious and clean. The plants in the balcony makes the place so lively. The location is perfect, 5-10 mins away to Porta Nouva, next right to Piazza Madama Cristina, and very close to Valentino Park. Just downstairs you will find the tram station with connect to major sites nearby. Gaia is a lovely host. She brought me a beer as a welcoming refreshment. She is very passionate and energetic that she's willing to share their culture and ideas. She is also very helpful and responsive. She gave me a detailed restaurant and culture recommendations according to my needs, and no doubt all are great options. If you have question, she'll quickly help you, no matter in person or on the app. Highly recommend and I will surely come back!
