Airy, light-filled Victorian conversion with super-high ceilings, massive windows looking onto tennis court and communal garden. Four mins walk to Jubilee Line and Metropolitan Line at Finchley Road; ten mins by Tube into Central London; five mins to the buzzing high street of West Hampstead, plus Thameslink and London Overground. 20 minute walk to Hampstead and, best of all, Hampstead Heath; lots of shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, several cinemas just on Finchley Road.

The space

Room comes with an awesome ensuite bath/shower; flat has a lovely vibe –as my many guests over the years have said – it's quiet and leafy while being one of the best locations in London (just look at house prices for verification!)

Guest access

Access is room and bathroom mainly. Kitchen access is limited - really just for small things like if you need to keep something in the fridge or microwave something, rather than cooking.

Zoe's place is really close to 2 tube lines. It is clean. She is a. Nice young woman, and we enjoyed chatting with her.

Perfect room in a lovely flat, perfect location and Zoe is thoughtful and very lovely.

I had a lovely stay with Zoe, she made me feel very welcome and her home was clean and comfortable. The flat is very close to the underground and bus stops, in a quiet, safe area just off Finchley Road. I was very touched by my welcome gift of chocolate teacakes... Thank you Zoe. I hope to stay with you again soon!

Lovely place to stay. Zoe was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and helpful and the room was great - comfy, neat, and attractive with those high ceilings. And having an en suite was brilliant. Really good location too, I'd definitely stay again

Zoe was an exceptional host. Her communication with me prior to making the booking was excellent and very helpful and these standards were maintained during my stay too. She also very kindly made suggestions of what was in the area and checked in to make sure i was Okay and if i needed anything. This was a very nice touch. She went out of her way to arrange getting the flat keys to me as there was a difference in times we were both available. The flat was clean, tidy and as described . It is very conveniently placed (2 minutes from Finchley Road Station). I would recommended anyone visiting London to stay here

A lovely retreat only a few stops on the tube or bus into London city. About 5km if you are a keen walker. Here you will find a welcome smile from Zoe and a clean and comfy bedroom with private ensuite And a nice hot shower. It's very easy to navigate into London, a short walk to Finchley road underground station catch the underground southbound jubilee line. Or head up to west hampstead for a broader selection of cafes ( recommend Lola's) and bars and shops. From there you can also head on jubilee line to London. The room at Zoe's is warm and has a view out to the common garden area. Bed is comfortable and plenty of doonas and blankets and a cupboard for hanging garments.
