The quiet apartment is close to Harvard, Downtown, and all lines of public transportation. Located on a quiet street. All I ask is for you to feel comfortable in my home. (Hablo Español)
Please do not expect anything luxurious as this is not what we have; the home is rather rustic and we ask you to keep this in mind when booking. I do promise supreme cleanliness and comfort for your stay and will do anything for you to feel more at home.
There are 3 sofabeds available and an air mattress, so we will be able to accommodate you comfortably and depending on your needs. Two THIN people can fit comfortably on one bed. Because the room is only kept private by a room divider, there will be some noise, as stated further on in this description. While it will be kept to a minimum, our house is small, but you will not be disturbed.
Guests are more than welcome to use our kitchen space and dining area, as long as it is kept clean and you do so considerately.
Interaction with guests
I love being able to host people of different cultures and backgrounds in my home.
Other things to note
The room is an open space separated from the hallway by a heavyweight room divider. The room cannot be seen from the kitchen or by the rest of the house, but you will hear us occasionally. We also airbnb our other rooms from time to time, so we ask all guests to be respectful and considerate of each other.
- You are welcome to use our kitchen, just make sure to leave everything clean as you found it.
- Make sure to close and lock the front door when exiting or entering.
- Please be mindful and respectful, and do not be very loud outside.
-Ensure that you book the room for the correct amount of guests that there will be. If additional guests show up than the original reservation states, the booking will be canceled and you will be asked to leave.
