Little cozy and comfortable cottage in the lido island. Our nice studio is very close to the boat station Santa Maria Elisabetta which will take you to the Biennale in just 5 minutes boat, or to Saint Mark's square in 15 minutes.
Dear Gues, Venice city tax is not included in your reservation and has to be paid during check in by cash.

Our cottage is a studio flat with a comfortable sofa bed that measures 14(website hidden) cm. The cottage is located in a lovely garden which is available to our customers for outdoor dining or sunbathing. The studio is equipped with air conditioning and heating that our customers can adjust according to their needs. Has a completely furnished kitchen with microvawe, traditional coffee machine and washing machine.
The Bathroom has a big shower and a bidet.
Wi-fi is free and available both in the studio and in the garden.
