You’ll love staying in this spacious, recently remodeled apartment, originally built as the second-story belvedere (small pavilion with a view) of an early 20th century Caribbean style house. Located in a residential street steps from Ocean Park Beach and around the corner from Calle Loíza’s trendy artsy, gastronomic and bar scenes, the property includes a spectacular street-facing balcony with a view of the immediate neighborhood and a partial view of El Yunque mountain; a spacious living room; a new, separate kitchen with dining area, and a comfortable bedroom with a new en suite bathroom. The three main rooms have louvered doors opening to the balcony. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and an extra-long full sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate, shared laundry area with washer and dryer in the ground floor of the property.
There are ceiling fans throughout this cross-ventilated, very breezy apartment with high ceilings, plus an air conditioner in the bedroom. The property is elegantly furnished with a mix of contemporary furniture and high-quality African tribal and 20th century Latin American art. One of the 3 apartments in the property. You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment, which includes cable TV and internet access and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (refrigerator with small freezer, countertop stove, microwave oven, blender, toaster and coffee maker).
Also included are cookware, cooking utensils, and tableware, as well as essentials such as bath and kitchen soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent; 100% cotton bed linens and bath towels; beach towels and portable beach chairs. On Loíza Street, just around the corner, you will find any personal items, groceries and beverages that you may need. We will also be more than happy to assist you with anything else!

We will welcome and give you a general orientation about the house and the neighborhood when you arrive, and will be available to help you with any special needs throughout your stay.

Smoking is allowed in the open balcony. Early check in & late check out is also allowed, at no extra charge, if the space is available; if not, we will at least store your luggage for you!
Please show consideration to guests in our other apartments and with next-door neighbors by keeping the noise level down, especially at night! We also ask you to please take the garbage outside and place it in the safety can in front of the building, where it is collected three times a week; and to use the washer & dryer in the shared laundry room only from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. if there are guests staying in the ground floor apartment.
