1 minute from fast train to Bologna 60 sq mt wide (645 sqft) in a lovely private garden , fully furnished. with a gentle landlord :)
San Pietro in Casale is a small calm town but rich in every kind of comfort and Bologna just 15min far by train is an historical city with a great night life due to his university students (the oldest university in the world!)
