Staying at Lynne's place was my best airbnb experience! The room is very comfortable and well furnished. Lynne prepared a magnificent breakfast with tea, coffee, fresh fruits, croissants, ... which was the perfect start for a day in Dartmoor national park. Thanks a lot!

Lynne's room is honestly better than most hotels I've started in. She really goes above and beyond with perfect little details which make your stay beat any expectations you have of an AirBnB (and I've stayed in enough!). The family are friendly, welcoming, polite and make you feel right at home. I had the best nights sleep I've had in so long in the big comfy bed. I would stay here again without hesitation and may pop down just for a break away from life & to get a great night sleep! Lynne also offers a lovely healthy breakfast perfect for the later 11am checkout. Go stay! :-)

Lovely house, great room, comfy bed (and sofa for watching TV). Location is nice and quiet and an easy stroll into town. Also nice little touches like extra towels, digital radio - already tuned to 6 music (!), plenty of clothes hangers and lots of choice for tea/coffee in our room. Breakfast also very tasty. Lynne and Dave were very welcoming and friendly hosts, we would definitely stay there again.

Lynne's place is lovely, her and her family were really welcoming even offering me lifts to where I was going. The room is really comfortable and Lynne's thought of everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It's also spotlessly clean! Breakfast was great too, so nice to have the choice of fresh fruit. Highly recommend!

Lynne User Profile

We are Lynne and Dave and have lived and brought up our children in this home for 18 years and we still love it. Our grown up son lives here too, with our daughter visiting periodically from Uni. When not working we enjoy socialising and entertaining, getting out in the fresh Devon air and the odd weekend trip away. Dave moved here 22 years ago from Oz and is a keen gym user and enjoys competing in natural bodybuilding competitions, so my job is to make sure our cupboards are stocked with healthy nutritious food and fine wine for me!
