Great spot for one or two people visiting Seattle who don't want to be in their apartment very much. The location is good as it is pretty central and was easy for me to walk to food and the main drag of Capitol Hill. This is a basement studio with thin walls so the host kindly provided earplugs. Felt very safe and street parking wasn't too hard either. The kitchen and bathroom came with good amenities and overall it was pleasant.

Great little place in Cap Hill, close to a ton of great coffee shops and restaurants, I even walked to Pike's Market one day. It is small, especially the bathroom, it was just me so it was fine but 2 people would be a little tight.

Michael's place was in a fantastic neighborhood. It is right across the street from a bus stop that takes you downtown in approximately 10-12 minutes. It is within walking distance (for those that enjoy walking to see new sights) of downtown, Capitol Hill dining, and the beautiful arboretum on the other side of the hill. It truly was a great place to set up camp for our 3 night stay in Seattle, and I am very glad that we chose this unit. It is, in fairness, a basement unit that might require ducking for people over 6'3". However, that did not at all detract from the space's cleanliness, quality, or appeal. I would gladly stay again, and Michael was an excellent and communicative host!

Michaels place was in an amazing location located in Capitol Hill. All within walking distance to good eats and drinks. Upstairs folk were noisy at times since the floors definitely creak when they walk but it didn’t bother us. Trader Joe’s and the local co op is only about a 5 min walk as well if you need late eats or food or groceries. To visit the actual city you’d def need an Uber or car but you can absolutely lose yourself doing Capitol Hill stuff for days. After visiting Fremont and other neighborhoods Capitol Hill stands out as the best for me as a 20-40 year old you’ll enjoy it.

A perfect space in a bustling, hip neighborhood. Everything is within a fifteen/twenty minute walk from the house. Plus there's a bus stop right in front of the residence. There's a Trader Joe's two blocks as well. Prime location is all I have to say.

Literally loved the location. My husband and I practically walked everywhere, but when we needed to jump on public transportation, the location was perfectly situated between bus stops that take you in and around the city with ease. Great price, comfortable, and welcoming place! I would advise no more than two to stay at a time, as many more than two may feel crammed. I would definitely stay here again!
