Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Room is larger than small one and has sun through windows whereas smaller one does not. Room is on second floor of 1900 home. Flower gardens and a porch to relax with morning coffee. I am on the rail trail so you can walk etc. / walking distance to Proctor Academy, Jakes Market, post office, library, bank. I do have 2 friendly dogs (and a shy cat) No smoking in or near home and prefer to not have any heavy smokers as it honestly leaves the odor on bedding and not pleasant for other guests

The space
Colorful home with wood floors and rugs, wood stove, ... kitchen with eat in island. The bedroom is very sunny and bright....lots of windows.

Guest access
There is also another bedroom on second floor for rent/smaller with no closet/full bed

I am happy to interact or not if that is your preference. I understand people needing their space so try to be respectful of that!

Other things to note
I do have 2 dogs and a cat! They are friendly but the cat you likely will not see as she is very shy.
