Good feedback about the 3rd & 4th bedrooms (lofts). We have now better described those spaces on the website.
We wish she had called about supplies and blender. We would have been happy to replenish/replace as desired. (She was told about the oven the day she arrived, a problem left over from the previous guest, she said " it’s working well enough to get us through our stay. We’ve been able to use it - doesn’t warm very quickly or stay hot but we can make due with it." I couldn't find the part locally. It was ordered and now installed.)
Perhaps she didn't ask for help because she didn't want us finding out about their DOG staying there (FORBIDDEN!). We vacuumed rugs & upholstery for hours (with the "broken" vacuum), rushed to get bedding dry cleaned & will have all rugs cleaned ASAP. Still no apology, explanation or offer to compensate!
She booked for 6 guests, but had 8. Not really a problem, but would have been helpful to know. We found this level of dishonesty & inconsideration very discouraging, abusive & fortunately, before this guest, non-existent.
