This attractive, two-storey apartment is located in the heart of the historical city centre, on an excellent location right by city attractions, famous Baroque Robba’s Fountain and Town Hall Rotovz in a traditional building on Mestni trg. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families who don't mind the stairs since there is no elevator in the building and there are about 80 stairs to reach the apartment.

The space
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a renovated traditional building without elevator access, because the building is under heritage protection. There are 80 stairs to reach the apartment.
It is a spacious duplex, newly furnished. On the first floor there is a furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and an oven, a dining corner with a table for 6 persons, a living room with a leather couch and settees, another pull out sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), writing desk, an exit to the terrace with a castle hill view and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The washing machine is in the hall at the entrance. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one has a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the other one two singles. The apartment is equipped with cable LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, telephone and an air-conditioning system. Our private parking lot is approx. 500m away from the apartment (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m) - daily price is 12 €, monthly price is 120 €. Reservations must be made in advance.
Other public parking lots and garage Kapitelj are approx. 500m away.

Apartment is located in a traditional building on the part of Ljubljana, next to Town hall, Three bridges and Prešeren square. All other attractions, galleries, museums and numerous different dining and shopping options are close by.

Dining and shopping options along the Ljubljanica River banks are numerous.

The nearest grocery store and a bar are max. 200 metres away, while a restaurant can be found 300 metres from the apartment. Ljubljana Airport is a 20-minute drive away and a shuttle service can be organized at a surcharge.

Supermarket, city bus station (LPP), cafes, bars, bakeries, post office, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are in the neighborhood just 2-3 minutes walking from the building where the apartment is located.

During your stay

Interaction with guests depends on their needs. If guests want to have a complete privacy we meet them only upon their arrival and at their departure. If guests have any requests, if they want to order a supplementary service in the accommodation, a trip, a rent a car etc. we interact more often.
At central reception we are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (during summer till 6:00pm), Saturdays 8:30am to 1:00pm, or by e-mail and telephone. In case of emergencies we have an agent on duty available over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
