This cheerful top floor unit is a 1 minute walk to the beach, and few minute walk to the center of West End village and Half Moon Bay beach.

You'll love the private screened in porch, fully stocked kitchen, very high ceilings and clean/bright space.

It’s breezy, open concept living space and is perfect for relaxing.

Every room has AC, vaulted ceilings with fans, closets with shelves, and black out curtains. Gas stove, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker/ grinder, and panini maker.

This top floor condo is located in Half Moon Bay and very peaceful:)

Enjoy the tree top views , and sounds of the waves rolling in from every window. A highlight being your big screened in porch, with fan,and L shaped couch. Ocean floats provided too.

Scuba diving, Snorkeling, swimming, paddle boards, are only a one minute walk away. Keep in mind you're visiting the second largest barrier reef in the world, and it's right outside your door.

Your unit is on the 3rd floor, and at tree top level. You have access to an outdoor shower upon returning from your adventures.

The price Christmas- Easter, plus national holidays will be higher than the price listed here, due to very high demand. Please ask for exact price.
Reco/power is not included in the price. Power is very expensive on the island 3-4x more than most countries. Your own meter will be read upon arrival and at departure. Kilowatt price 40/kw. 19% Honduran room tax isn’t included and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am. This is not a party house.

We provide paper goods to get you started as well as 10 gallons of drinking water. Refills are $2 per 5 gallons.

Our home is located on a dead end road, with one other house and a small B&B. It's very quiet, no traffic, and very friendly. You'll feel very relaxed, and right at home with all the positive energy from our little community. Because there are no bars/ loud noises around you will enjoy the frogs, waves crashing, hummingbirds, wild parrots and who knows what else around the home.
