House : 1908, wooden floors, bright living room with awesome gas fireplace, dining room, dishwasher. Great walkable neighborhood near lake, farmer's market.
Bedrooms: Queen Bed in "View Room", Crib and Twin XL kiddo room, sun room with full futon, converted closet with twin bed, attic space with queen bed. Master/CalKing avail for groups 4+.
Wifi, large movie screen (Cromecast for Netflix) in living room, driveway parking.
For families: changing tables, toys for toddlers and babies.
Bedrooms: for 2 people - queen bed and view of the city.
Two single beds each in a "child room", one also has a crib; the other is a converted closet (pictured).
One Full bed on the back sunporch (which is very bright in the morning) - can fit two but the folding futon bed is such that the "two halves" (one for each person) aren't exactly level. It's firm and some people find it very comfortable - but you need to lay straight/ not diagonal - although honestly one of us (Brian who is 6'6") and his sister have each reported not liking that bed.
There's also a bed in the finished attic (accessible via the sun porch), and a queen airbed you can put anywhere you like.
Huge driveway can hold ~6 cars.
Interaction with guests
During thanksgiving we'll be at a lodge without cell access, but it has a phone you can call.
Other things to note
We have dogs, but normally will have them at a friend's house when this is rented. (Alternatively, if you like friendly dogs, we can leave them here, and a neighbor will come feed them). Either way, if you're wildly allergic, please rent elsewhere.)
Any pets must be pre-approved - tell us about them, and we usually charge extra so we'll let you know. We have a crate for loan and prefer they not be in the home alone and unattended running free.
Dinner parties of up to 12 people are fine, but nothing larger please without our written permission. No loud sound after 11p.
Make yourself at home! Use of toys, changing tables etc is fine of course, or borrow a jacket if you forgot one, but please let us know with a quick text as you borrow something. Likewise, take something you're craving from the fridge or shelves, and just leave a few bucks to cover the ingredient cost.
