About this listing

Our one bedroom apartment is on the 18th floor overlooking Waikiki beach! This is not an ocean front building; it is located one block from the beach. The ocean view is very nice. The apartment is 488 sq feet with a separate bedroom.

The space

Apartment can accommodate up to four people. Full kitchen, central A/C, lanai, bedroom with door.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the swimming pool and since the apartment is located in central Waikiki... all of Waikiki has to offer you will be at your disposal.

Interaction with guests

We don't interact very much with Guests unless we are needed. We don't live in the apartment and don't usually meet Guests. Our housekeeper leaves the keys in a lock box for Guests to retrieve.

Keith was a fantastic host, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Check-in was a breeze and the view is wonderful. Everything was within walking distance, including the beaches. 100% would recommend!

Excellent location and close to everything in central Waikiki - beach, shopping, restaurants, ABC stores and bus stop. Lanai was a good size with beautiful views. Handbook contained valuable information and advice.

Great room with a spectacular view!! We'd definitely rent it again. If you rent a car make sure you choose the parking option. It was very convenient for us.

Keith's condo was perfect for our trip! We loved that there's a kitchen & a separate bedroom from the living room. We had a family of 3 adults and 1 infant. There is a pullout bed that was obviously not going to be the most comfortable, but it wasn't that bad either. The shower is not a separate room, so just make sure who you're going with is okay with that. We didn't mind since we went with family. The walk to the beach is literally less than 3 minutes from the lobby & it is walking distance to many shopping areas! Parking is $15 a day through Keith's spot upon availability. We had it the first 3 nights and went through the building manager for our last 3 nights. It was also $15 a night. Laundromat is very clean and a lot of the machines were up to date. This was important to us because we have the messiest toddler in the world.. maybe. The VIEW. Balcony faces Waikiki beach. It's also in a pretty high floor so the view is really nice during the day and at night. We would definitely stay here again on future visits and would recommend Keith as a host to anyone! He keeps his properties very organized and easily accessible. Check in & out was very smooth.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids. The location is perfect, close to the beach and just outside of the more touristy section of Waikiki. I would stay here again! The price and location can't be beat.
