Fantastic home with bright living space and dining area with lots of natural light. Open plan lounge with sofa bed, dining area and breakfast bar perfect for morning coffee. Modern kitchen, a tiled bathroom with shower and double bedroom overlooking the rear. A small hidden alcove with workspace seating, shelving and single low chair/futon mattress. Top floor balcony over looking lovely communal gardens. Family friendly space great for the holidays.

Guests will have often full access to the property as i am travelling a lot out of the country for work.

We offer flexible check-in & check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 14:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas time)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise and you are required to keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over please.
There is strictly no smoking policy inside the accommodation, if this policy it`s not adhere to a charge of GBP 100.00 will be applied
No pets are allowed

Lost keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £50 for replacement depending on the type of key or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Perfect place to stray for a London trip. Flat itself is very welcoming and comfortable. The area is just right - close to main drag but quiet and clean etc. Tube very close by so getting around is easy. All in all - very good. 10/10 experience!

Veronica's place was perfect for what we were look looking for. Cosy apartment which was just a short walk away from buses and tubes to central London. The apartment was well maintained, clean, tidy and everything we thought it would be. Would recommend people stay here.

Perfect stay. Veronica is helpful and kind, flexible check-in and check-out times. The apartment is spotless, nicely decorated and modern. It has everything you need. Well connected by subway and bus. I recommended to stay! I would visit again

We spent four nights in Veronica’s flat in Kilburn. The apartment was an excellent place from which to discover London. Only a few minutes walk away from Kilburn Park on the Bakerloo underground line, and from bus lines to Camden Town and Noting Hill. The apartment is nice and well equipped, and located in a very quiet area only minutes away from lively Kilburn High Road. I can easily recommend this place.
