A former Artist's Studio, situated next to the river in the much sought after BT9, 2.2 miles from the City Centre, Titanic Museum and within walking distance of Queens University, Stranmillis College, the Lyric Theatre and Belfast City Hospital.

The space
When we bought this house, the Annex was full of Art work that had been painted by the previous occupants. We decided to renovate the space in keeping with their passion and have included lots of photographs and paintings that have been produced around NI.

The Annex comprises Sitting Room with 32" TV and welcome basket, Double Bedroom with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, twin beds on an open Mezzanine level, mini kitchen offering fridge, mini oven, hob, kettle and breakfast bar with coffee machine.

Guest access
Access to the Annex is via your private courtyard (and door) which is situated at the back of our house

Other things to note
Sitting on the river, we are next to the rowing and tennis clubs and beside the Lagan Tow Path which cyclists can take all the way to Comber. We have a pharmacy, newsagents, coffee shop, grocer and off-license all within 200 metres. Cutters Warf one of Belfast's favourite pub restaurants is also 150 metres away.

Note : The mezzanine has restricted head height and is accessible by stairs which are not suitable for the elderly or infirm
