These Italian owners have incorporated touches of their home country with clean simple lines in furnishings, hand crafted dishes & glass ware, and vibrant artwork.

The open kitchen/dining/living room is great for your group to gather in and the table extends to seat 6 people. In the summer time, grill out on the back patio with views of the mountains. The large master bathroom has a walk in shower aiding those with limited mobility (does NOT have grab bars) and even a bidet! Queen beds in each bedroom ensure comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people in this home.

This home is 1 block from the neighborhood park and 2 blocks from the 100 acre park.

Guests have access to the entire home minus the cleaning closet.

Use - It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals (unless approved) and for no other purpose whatsoever. Guest in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof. Guest further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

Nice rental home overall - nicely furnished. Excellent access to local parks. A bit of road noise, but nothing unbearable. Overall very pleased with our stay.
