Other things to note
Bogotá is a big city and late check-ins cost us time and money to get there. There may be a small check-in fee (15USD.) if you request an in-person check-in after 11:00pm and on public holidays.
- As we are a business, we charge and pay the local 16% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist, and exempt from the tax. Your concierge will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in. Please treat this apartment as if it were your own home. No parties, no pets.
A motorcycle adventure from Canada to Argentina led me to discover Colombia and I saw a situation here I had not seen anywhere else on this planet. There is life and opportunity here that nowhere else in the Americas has. Bogotá is quirky, intense and full of adventure and opportunity. I am now part of a talented group of real estate professionals involved in property investments, business services and furnished properties.
Fausto, Esteban and Mateo are all part of our team which manages a large selection of properties.
We live & work in Chapinero, the epicenter of the rebirth of the megacity of Bogotá. I enjoy the urban street art, the friendly and engaging people, clandestine clubs, a growing startup the evolving local & international cuisine, unique cafes, limitless cultural events, the best nightlife in Latin America, and all of it in a Central location to have the most real experience in Colombia.
I have not had a mundane day yet in this city and don´t see one coming any time soon. Bogotá is quirky and intimidating, richly cultural and full of surprising activities. I work with a team of people that are passionate about sharing the Bogotá experience, even if it´s your first or 100th time in the city.
