It has won the best neighbourhood award in the country and is renowned for its many festivals, and its abundance of live music...I think it's the best place in the world ! (As do many of my guests )

This is my home , it is a grade II listed building. I'm continually sympathetically working on it . it is very ancient and special? Please don't expect the floors or ceilings to be even . It is a crooked house!
Please arrange a mutually agreeable time for check in. I need to know as soon as possible so I can arrange to be here.

Please note I do not accept children under 12 ..

Definitely quirky!! Suzanne has done a wonderful job renovating this 14th/15th century property. Very comfortable, in a great location on the high street so close to bars, restaurants, shops and sea front. Suz is friendly and welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.

Suzanne is a great host and her place is just lovely. The building is about 500 years old, which means you might hear some creaking floorboards, but the apartment is charming and spacious. The location is perfect: near great pubs, shops and a few minutes walk to the sea front. Communication was excellent and Suzanne was very flexible with check-in times. Thank you Suz!

The rooms are very nice and it was fun staying somewhere with Tudor architecture, the location is also really great, right in the middle of the old town on a street with lots of shops selling antiques/bits and bobs to browse in. Suzanne was very welcoming and gave us lots of info about places to eat. Recommened as a very nice base to explore what is now one of my favourite UK seaside towns!

My sister and her two girls stayed for two nights, Suz was a great host, helping them to feel welcome on arrival, my sister said she felt safe knowing Suz was nearby if they needed anything. The beds were really comfy and they all slept well despite the drunken bank holiday revellers up late in the Old Town!

I bought this beautiful grade 11 listed house in April 2015. It was very run down and unloved, I am continually improving it. It is a privilege to share my home, it gives me great pleasure to see others appreciate and enjoy it's unique character.
