Youssef upgraded us to the main Riad Sindibad. The riad was beautiful, amazing rooms and pool, very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very pleasant, really good homemade yoghurt and nice to be given traditional Moroccan breakfast foods. We really loved our stay. The only downside was that check-in was difficult and stressful for a new arrival in Marrakech (as streets do not match (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps). The address given on the Airbnb was for the listed riad but there was no one there and we didn't know the address of the main riad. Fortunately a neighbour who saw us looking distressed led us to the main riad after 15 mins of us knocking. Aside from that issue, we loved our stay.

This riad is tucked out of the way - it is on a little backstreet that is not on most maps , so it is definately a good idea to ask for youssef to arrange a transfer as the driver will take you to the door . Once you know where you are the location is fantastic - right in the middle of the medina . Within 5 minutes walk you are in the chaotic hustle and bustle of this amazing city . The Riad provides a very peaceful and cool haven from all of this at the end of a day of exploring . We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings and watching the sun go down - a nearby restaurant has live music on their terrace each evening which you can hear from the terrace which is an added bonus ! Youssef was a great host and was able to provide us with drinks on the terrace one evening when we asked . All the staff are very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was served on the terrace every morning , it was very good and excellent value . A really beautiful peaceful stay - highly recommended !

Youssef's Raid is right in the heart of the Medina which is great if you want that authentic Moroccan feel stiped in history, culture and everyday Moroccan life. Great accommodation; referring to its safety, cleanliness, breakfast and least of all the hospitality is second to none. One thing though, you are bound to get lost walking around the medina if its your first time in Morocco. A must happen really.

Our stay was better than we'd ever expected it could have been, even with such fabulous reviews! We arrived late and our flight was delayed but nonetheless Youssef and his team were there to greet us on arrival and offer us tea and invaluable advice for our stay. There was some sort of confusion explained to us with the room we had booked but ultimately, we were upgraded to a beautiful big room free of charge! The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful, as was the tangine we ordered for lunch one day. The staff could not have been more polite, hospitable or helpful if they had tried and it all made for an extraordinarily relaxing and peaceful place to come back to after a day walking round the busy, bustling streets of Marrakesh. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we left look forward to staying with Youssef and the team next time we are in Marrakech!

Youssef's place is lovely with the most friendly and welcoming staff. Youssef was very helpful giving tips and advice on the area. We felt they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Eating a lovely breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace was a great start to each day.
