My place is close to Ladybird Lake, downtown, airport, music venues, bars, restaurants, parks, hike & bike trail, and great for SXSW, ACL Fest, Formula 1, or just visiting Austin. You'll love the ambiance, the outdoors space, the location, the amenities, and my desire to help you have the best time possible while you're my guest. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) are welcome. Reviews for renting the entire home are here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/11445450
I'm a touring musician and love my home. I also love introducing people to Austin with suggestions for music, food, fun, or anything else you're looking for. You'll have your own bedroom with a queen-sized Zinus memory foam bed, closet space, and a desk/study area. We have gigabit fiber internet for all your surfing or business needs.
Important note: I like my neighbors. Please don't be loud or throw parties. Be considerate to everyone around you and everything will work out just fine.
The condo is basically a 10-minute drive or bike ride from anywhere you want to be. If you want (and you fit them) you can use my bikes to get around - I have a mountain bike and a road bike. The roadie has a flip flop hub so if you like to ride fixed gear you can. I'll set it up for regular riders so if you *haven't* ridden a fixie, you won't have any trouble.
There are electronic keyless deadbolts so you'll never have to worry about losing a key and you'll have access to everything except my bedroom – living room, kitchen, dining, and both bathrooms. Feel free to cook your own food, just please clean up after yourself.
Interaction with guests
I'll be as available as you wish, or leave you as much space as you wish. I'm an 11-time Austin Music Award Winner and love food, so if you want to see music or eat well, I'll be happy to help you make plans, or even take you out myself if I'm free.
But again, if you don't want to socialize I'm happy to stay out of your way.
- I love my place and I love my neighbors. The community is close-knit. Please respect them as if you lived here.
