Sparkling clean6 recent guests have said that this home was sparkling clean.

This fabulous row house has 12' ceilings, rustic exposed rafters, thick walls, brick floors, a gated central courtyard, & a wrought iron spiral stairs to a roof terrace for mountain, sunset, & city views. Mesquites & pomegranates shade the courtyard lawn.

Within a 10-minute walk is the city center, streetcar, parks, theaters, museums, & dozens of cafes and restaurants. Almost as close are Sentinel Peak ("A" Mountain) and Tumamoc Hill where visitors can often see deer browsing in the creosote.

This was one special place. A lovely casita with a truly great common courtyard perfect for an early evening cocktail with likeminded fellow vacationers. Definitely we’ll above average. Convenient to downtown no less.

Perfect place to stay in a historic neighborhood in Tucson. Lots of character, close to restaurants and shops. David and Bobby Jo are great hosts, attentive and provided suggestions on the best of Tucson. Would definitely stay again.
