My apartment is located in the heart of Bologna's historcal centre, third and last floor of an old building (no lift/elevator, sorry). University, museums, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance.
25-30 minute walk from the train station, 10 by bus (number 11, 13 or C).

The space

The house is on two levels, on the first floor there's a spacious and bright living room, a small kitchen, a small bathroom and a nice balcony with a view. Your room will be upstairs!

Feel free to relax on the couch, enjoy the balcony, use the kitchen. Make yourself at home!

Interaction with guests

I can provide a map of the city and show you where to go, where my favourite spots are

Other things to note

My stay with Livia could not have been more enjoyable! The apartment is wonderful and well-located. Livia is a warm and hospitable host. I would definitely return to stay here the next time I come to Bologna!

it was my first time using AirBnB and Livia did everything she could to make it a great first experience. she's very kind and really easy to get in touch with, I felt at home right away. the room/her place has everything you need and close to almost everything. would definitely recommend to others and stay here again myself.

I enjoyed my stay with Livia. She was helpful, friendly and nice. Genuinely interested in me and my travels. Bologna was so enjoyable in large part because of Livia and her hospitality. Also, was very quiet and let me sleep after a long flight.

Great place to stay and a wonderful host. Close to the centre, very short walking distance.

Livia's place was very easy to get to and located in a great part of Bologna. Lots of attractions, shopping, markets and of course restaurants. Most things were within walking distance, however, transit was easy to get to if need be. It was easy to get a hold of and communicate with Livia. I stayed for only one night but she was very lovely and sweet. I would definitely stay with Livia the next time I visit Bologna :)

Livia's place is in the perfect location for exploring the Bologna city center. It was clean and had lots of fun character and charm. It's not posh or luxurious, but just a down-to-earth, cool, cozy place with a very friendly host.

Livia is a very nice, helpful and experienced host. The room is a romantic mansard room on the top floor of the apartment which itself is on the top floor of the building. Therefore you don't hear any street noise, only bird singing and the rain. So you can feel kind of being close to the nature while you are in fact staying in the center of the city. (When there was very intense rain in the night I could only fall asleep if using my earplugs, so it is good to bring earplugs.) The darkening of the room is very efficient even though the window is on the top, so you can sleep long in the morning if you have time. All the places I wanted to go to were so close that I did not use any public transport during my stay in Bologna (only for getting in the center from the train station and then in the end to get to the station again), that felt very nice! There are a lot of shops around which are open on Sunday as well and the main sights of Bologna are very close.
