Our check in to King's place turned out to be the worst experience we have ever had in any Airbnb accommodation. King was not in Osaka at the time and the management seemed beyond his control but he kindly allowed us drop our baggage in about noon. We expected the place would be ready around 4pm which is the check in time required by the host. We went back to the apartment just before 4pm and found the place was untouched since the last guests checked out in the morning. It was in a very untidy and dirty condition so I sent pictures to King to let him understand the apartment was uninhabitable.  My booking had been confirmed a month earlier and he and his agent should have known of our arrival. After lunch we sat in the park which is close to the apartment and expected to be informed that the place was ready for us. Eventually we were told that cleaner would not turn up till 6:15pm but, hopefully, we could use the apartment by 8pm. King did suggest we go to a cafe or to the spa to kill time. Apparently he didn't understand we were on holiday and would like to settle into the room to have a rest before doing what we had planned but no cleaner turned up before we went to dinner at 7pm. Around 8pm we went back to the apartment. The cleaner was there but the job was only half done so I kept sending pictures to King so that he knew what was going on.  When the cleaner started to put bedding on the bed, we noticed that it and the bath towels were draped across the balcony on the clothes line and the bicycle. No one knows how many days they had been lying out there and we refused to use the bedding.  Then the cleaner got instructions from King's agent and took the bedding and towels to have it all washed in the nearby laundry. As the sofa was piled up with duvets and pillows used by the previous guests, we had to sit on the two folding chairs to wait.  It was well after 9pm when the cleaner bought back the washing without it being properly tumble dried which was totally unacceptable. By the time the bedding was properly dried it was gone past 10pm, although between times King did try to get the situation sorted for us from the country where he was. The cleaning job was left half done but it was too late to keep the cleaner to finish all the jobs, although she tried her best, and we were really exhausted after the whole afternoon spent trying to have a properly cleaned room. I suggested the cleaner should come back next morning but, as expected, no one showed up to finish the work. Toilet and bathroom were left undone and no clean towels were ready so we had to use our own.  King did give his apologies and offered compensation by way of a refund but money cannot always make up for what one has lost. I hope he will manage the letting better in the future so all guests feel they are  being looked after properly. The apartment itself is decent and cosy for a small group and is well located in...

King is a nice host, we arrived earlier and he directed us to his place and let us check-in ealier. The apt is not very big, but neat and very quiet! Easy to reach subway station and train station!

好处: 1.位置离难波步行约15分钟,大国町约三分钟。 2.空间够大,浴室和厕所分开的,有阳台,洗衣机。 不足: 1.订房后的地址没有显示完整建筑物名称及房号,airbnb订单里地图上定点的位置是错误的; 2.入住前三天每天问房东拿信箱密码(取钥匙用),直至入住前一天晚上10点多才给; 4.房间的床是坏的,所以要小心使用,不然那个床板会下去。床下底一堆灰尘,入住的时候自己打扫了一下; 5.三个人入住只铺了一张床,沙发床到了自己铺的,床铺什么的都没有叠好,乱糟糟的塞在柜子里,感觉十分不好; 6.沙发床打开之后厅基本就满了,通向厨房浴室的路超级窄的; 7.入住后楼宇对讲机每天大概隔一两个小时就响一下,显示“宅配”,问题一直没解决。比较困扰; 8.楼下电梯旁公告栏里明确贴了不予许民宿,被人举报的话会报警(发现之后住得战战兢兢的); 9.物理东西比较齐全,但是房东没有准备任何的使用手册,所以不敢乱按; 10.没有WIFI。 性价比是可以的,但是总的来说不推荐,因为房东不是很热络回应和解决问题都不是很及时,大楼告示明确表明不能做民宿,感觉会有出现问题是房东不会给你好好处理的隐患。
