Welcome to our freshly renovated sunny 2 BDRM apartment fully equipped with all needed amenities! Located in a quiet but also a very communicative and safe area, and within a walking distance to Sofia's major sightseeing.

We designed the space with much love and cared for the smallest details which will delight your stay. Enjoy your mornings in the sunny kitchen and drink a cup of coffee on the little balcony.

The space
The flat contains one bedroom with double bed suitable for 2 people, with big wardrobe, work space, TV and cozy nook where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a nice book. The other bedroom has 2 single beds with a private balcony. The mattresses are high quality guaranteeing your comfortable sleep. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking, with dining area.
The apartment itself is very sunny, equipped with central heating and constant hot water. Air conditioning on your disposal for the hot summer days. Art is highly valued in the house, you'll find many handmade works of Bulgarian authors and also of our own.
Everything inside is brand new and we'd appreciate if you take care of the place, keep it clean and tidy and treat it with respect!
