Dear Amanda, thank you for constructive feedback and we are glad you enjoyed the great location of our apartment. It is important to keep in mind that any flat located in such a central location in a busy city like Paris will be a bit noisy, especially with the windows open. With the windows closed, the noise is reduced to a minimum. We do provide fans to help guests keep cool and suggest that sensitive sleepers or those not accustomed to busy city noise use ear plugs to help them sleep if the find the sounds to be too disturbing. We are sorry to hear, however, that you encountered a few issues during your stay which we tried our best to address in a timely manner. We do apologize that the level of cleanliness did not meet our own high standard and we have since implemented a checklist to tend to those little areas that we may sometimes miss. We are sorry for the issues you experienced with the Internet and hot water, we have now included detailed instructions on the usage. If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we are apologize. We can assure you that all of these minor issues have now been fixed.
