Kim was an excellent host. Very easy to communicate with. The cottage was in incredible condition. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Kim is very attentive to every detail. The place is super clean and has everything you need. The forest setting is beautiful, with blackberry bushes in the back yard and the river just across the road. It's really close to lots of gorgeous mountain hikes, and just 30 minutes into Eugene too. The only down side is that the home is right on a major highway, so you do hear cars pretty consistently.

Perfect size for a place to rest and sleep in between hikes and fishing! Everything we needed was there from coffee to Saran Wrap to the shampoo we forgot to bring. Having access to an AC and walking into a cooled off place when we first arrived in 95 degree weather was a nice touch! Many little details were noticed (like fresh picked flowers on the kitchen table) and showed that Kim really wanted her clients to feel at home. This place is in a great location making the drives to Proxy Falls, Blue River, Cougar, and multiple hiking trail heads a breeze. We took note that our large Silverado truck would have had a hard time maneuvering the tight driveway in front of the house but there is room to use the loop and back in like we did with our sedan we took. Over all we give it the max 5 stars. Definitely saved in our list of repeats to stay at!

This clean and well-maintained studio was exactly what we wanted as we passed through the area. It was close quarters for two people, but good value, and everything worked perfectly. The lack of internet wifi was inconvenient, as there is no cellular coverage in the area. The property on which the studio is set is fascinating, full of roadside attractions such as a pickup truck that has been stood on its head.

Chandon, I didn't understand your review. It just said no, but your private feedback said thanks for a great stay?
