I am the owner of this French Normandy 4-plex in the Faircrest Heights area of Los Angeles. This is a vintage, restored two bedroom, one bath, lower unit with hardwood floors and features a large living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 generous-sized bedrooms, a washer/dryer in the unit and plenty of free street parking.
The apartment is set-up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is ready for you to cook a complete meal -- pots & pans, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, etc. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single/twin bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a desk so it can serve as an office. There is a separate laundry room off of the kitchen that has a full-size washer & dryer.
The apartment is quiet and spacious -- over 1100 square feet which is 102 square meters.
A lovely outdoor patio with a bbq.
A Sony tv with Roku so you can use your personal passwords to access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.
Wireless high-speed internet.
Central heat and air conditioning.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
NO SMOKING in the apartment nor on the property.
NO PETS allowed in this unit.
If you stay for a week or more, my Airbnb profile is set to give you an automatic 10% discount. If you stay for a month or more, you will get an automatic 15% discount. Please don't contact me asking for my "best price". The rate that you see when you put in your dates is the rate you would be paying. Plus, the rate you see also includes the service fee that Airbnb will charge you. This apartment is a very good deal and stays booked regularly so I don't "negotiate" the rate.
The entire apartment is yours during your stay. You will not be sharing it with anyone else. Additionally, this apartment is set-up specifically as an Airbnb unit so you will not be living amongst someone else's personal belongings.
Interaction with guests
I live on the premises in another unit so am available to attend to your needs when necessary.
- This is a quiet 4-plex. No parties or behavior that will disturb the other tenants & neighbors.
- There is no smoking inside of the apartment or on the premises. That includes: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapor devices and pot. I don't care if you have a medical marijuana card -- there is absolutely no smoking. You must walk around the block if you want to smoke.
