We are very happy you enjoyed the stay with us and Many Thanks to having note and reminded all our procedures, which are fully explained also in the advert (City Tax is not only for International Travellers but for all Travellers, also Italian, is a compulsory tax requested from Roma Capitale in all touristic structures in Italy , also Hotels, B&B's etc., noted in our rules inside the advert, please read; ID's are sensitive to be given to our Questura for National Security reason, but as offered we would not needed arbitrarily a photo, you could also give us datas without any problem).
We've offered a comfortable service of luggage drop off at your arrival in Rome, it meant earlier a service which is normally given at 2pm. As also explained in my message we do not live in the same building so of course we cannot wait for guests from 11 until 2pm that is understandable and not possible from a structure which is not an Hotel with h24 concergerie. So we understood from this experience that sometimes is better not to offer an additional service (for free) when also having to being appointed that check-in time mentioned is another!!!!! Yes check-in is at 2pm but we wanted to make something pleasant seeing that you should have landed at 8am. As said if you would have noticed flighth delay before to take the flight (you should be awared of flight delay before taking off), I would have given standard check-in at 2pm. Having received a text from you just at 11am when we were already in the flat (so when you were supposed to be at the flat) the only option available was to wait you for one hour and a half, sorry for having been such uncomfortable!
