The apartment is located in the most privileged part of the condominium, with easy access because it is on the first floor above the garage on the ground floor, with front positioned to the pool area, restaurant and tennis court, side overlooking the children's playground, right next to the rapids of the natural waterfall.

The space also has a pool bar and restaurant of varied options and great cost x benefit, offering from Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays, various meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner and nightly pizzeria, at the disposal of visitors.
